Jolen Brady

Jolen is the Director of Brady Constructions, the construction arm of Brady Group. His role as Construction Director ensures that he is heavily involved and hands-on in the leadership and decision-making process from project implementation to project completion. Progressing through roles as Site Manager and Project Manager within the organisation, he leads by example in all aspects of the business.
His strength lies in strong leadership skills to encourage an industrious outcome-based workplace culture. He is highly skilled in planning, implementation and coordination of all construction activities for the company including developing lasting client, consultant and subcontractor relationships
Denny Devita

Denny has been involved in the delivery of the full design coordination spectrum from design office, construction management to on-site design management and troubleshooting. She is assertive and highly focused in quality and cohesion of overall design integrity to ensure that the design objectives are met at the delivery stage. Denny’s background in architecture and design gives her the best advantage to monitor the design implementation with a keen eye for detail.

Over 25 years of industry experience creates an incredible body of knowledge and Eddie continues to expand and build his expertise to maximise value for Brady Constructions’ clients. Eddie’s financial and technical expertise comes through hard work and multifaceted experience in hard money, design and construct estimating as well as cost planning.
His extensive construction portfolio covers multi-residential, commercial, multi-star hotels, healthcare, aged care, industrial, airport terminals and retail shopping centres with project values from $20 million through to $350 million. Eddie’s clear focus and eye for detail makes him a valued member of the senior team.
Bing Shao

Bing is a member of The Chartered Institute of Building with 12 years construction experience in contract administration, cost control, project coordination, and project planning for commercial and residential development in Australia, Macau and Mainland China.

Commenced with Brady Constructions in 2008 as a Contracts Administrator, Bing has developed his unique approach to monitor and control the construction costs within the budget through the project life cycle from inception to handover. He also maintains close relationship with clients and subcontractors. He is a valued member of our management team.
Unal Mehmet

Unal’s career in the façade industry spans 33 years with predominantly commercial high rise projects working in Australia, South East Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Unal experience ranges from understanding client’s brief, planning, design and materials selection, through to project implementation at the manufacturing source, logistics and final site installations.
His expertise includes inspecting, reviewing and trouble-shooting a wide range of façade, window and curtain wall systems, managing specialist contractors and façade consultants, and has an in-depth understanding of site, factory and manufacturing environments. In an industry specific trade that is so reliant on knowledge and experience, Unal adds value to any project requiring this specialist expertise.
Aaron Giles

Aaron is a highly skilled Senior Site Manager, with over 23 years experience within the construction industry. He has strong work ethic, and demands the highest levels of safety and quality for all his projects. Aaron has exceptional leadership and communication skills which is why he has been the operations lead on all of Brady’s major projects. As well as being extremely well organised, with meticulous planning skills and a strong technical knowledge.
Cathal Brady

Cathal has over 14 years of industry experience and brings a wealth of expertise in commercial and large-scale mixed use residential construction. He has successfully managed and delivered projects with values from $30m to $350m; with projects in the commercial retail, residential, hospitality and industrial sectors.
Cathal holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and third-party stakeholders, resulting in successful project delivery outcomes. Cathal has a proven strength in the construction of high-rise towers that demand complex logistics management. An excellent communicator and planner, Cathal ensures that all team members fully understand and execute their role effectively on his projects.
